Powder Coating

Step into the world of Powder Coating - a cutting-edge process that transcends the limitations of traditional liquid coatings.

This dry finishing method employs finely ground particles of pigment and resin, charged electrostatically and sprayed onto the part needing coating.

The result? A thicker, more uniform coating that surpasses conventional paints in durability. Once heated, the coating melds and flows, culminating in a smooth, even, uniform finish.

Powder coating is often used on steel, aluminum, and other metal parts because its properties make it highly resistant to corrosion, abrasion, and impact.

Additionally, it is relatively easy to apply and provides a durable finish with a high-quality look. It is also an eco-friendly process since it eliminates the need for solvents and reduces waste, making it a popular choice for many manufacturers.

Anodising

Anodising - the art of transforming a metal surface through electrochemical treatment.

This ingenious process results in an oxidation layer that boasts chemical and corrosion resistance, even altering the metal's colour to fit your design preferences.

Commonly applied on metals like aluminium, titanium, and magnesium, anodising serves various industries - from construction to automotive, aerospace to electronics.

Anodised metal offers corrosion resistance, enhanced durability, and a visually appealing finish, making it a choice that's both practical and attractive.

The process of anodising involves immersing the metal object in an electrolyte solution and then applying a direct current to the object.

This process causes the oxide layer to form on the object’s surface. This layer provides an array of advantages for the metal, such as corrosion resistance, improved durability, and even enhances the visual appeal of metal.

Galvanising

Galvanising - your shield against corrosion. This process involves applying a protective zinc coating to steel or iron, effectively preventing corrosion and rust. Also known as hot-dip galvanising, the procedure submerges the metal in a bath of molten zinc.

The resultant zinc coating forms a stalwart barrier against oxygen and water, ensuring the longevity of your steel or iron elements. Opt for galvanising for a solution that's both cost-effective and durable.
