Project Overview:
New entrance lobby to the main reception with arch and faceted screens.
Our work involved fabricating fix curtain walls, arches and faceted curtain wall screens.
Commenced August 2021 and completed November 2021 at the cost of £5,500
Google Building, Kings Cross, London
Development of 990,000 square feet over eleven floors
We fabricated fifty tonnes of balustrade brackets for Google’s first wholly-owned building outside of the U.S
All 4,566 brackets and washers were custom-made in epoxy weatherproofed resin and intumescent coating, giving ninety minutes of fire protection.
The project was completed in March 2023 within a four months timeframe at a total cost of £300,000.
Vitrine College, Stafford
A new 7,500 square metre three-storey facility comprising sports hall and gym, construction and engineering facilities, new 300 seat auditorium, IT rich seminar suites and open learning break-out spaces.
We provided Curtain walls, windows and doors fabrication.,
Commenced in May 2022 and completed March 2023 at the cost of circa £71,000
Soho Place/Convent Garden
Mixed-use development comprising 192,400 square feet of office space and 33,100 of prime retail space,
with a further 40,000 square feet for an IMAX cinema and offices.
Providing pre-galvanized materials for the majority of the presswork, which was powder coated to
produce a visually appealing and durable end result.
We further supplied various stainless steel and steel elements, which underwent powder coating,
anodising and galvanising processes to achieve high-quality finishes and protection against
environmental factors.
Construction took place from 2021 to the end of 2022 with a contract value of £500,000.
Imperial Aztec West, Bristol
Refurbishment of headquarter office building of 73,000–80,000 sq ft, including café, gym, wellness centre and other staff amenities.
Utilising the existing framework to minimise carbon emission, we are fabricating and providing new Curtain Walls to comply with current British Standards,
Work commenced in September 2022 and is ongoing with a current spend of circa £55,000
Northcliffe House, London EC 4
The former Daily Mail building Is a listed 270,000 sq ft refurbishment providing upgraded office space, extensions to existing floorplates, new terrace amenities and repurposing of the ground floor entrance and retail provision.
We are providing a variety of works for this project, from curved aluminium presswork and galvanised and powder-coated steel spandrel panels done to BSEN1090-2, some weighing in at 200kg with over one hundred components forming the glazed and insulated final pieces.
Work commenced in Feb 2022 and is ongoing with an existing spend in excess of £400,00
Marketfield Way, Redhill
Mixed-use development comprising 153 studios, one- and two-bedroom flats for rental, substantial retail
space, a multi-screen cinema and adequate car parking.
We are providing a variety of aluminium presswork and steel bracketry for this project.
The project started in 2021 and is ongoing, as is our continued involvement.
Spend to date in excess of £250,000.
